Returns & Exchanges

At Mystery Shirt in a Box, we want you to love your surprise kit; however, due to the mystery nature of our products, returns are only accepted for sizing issues or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the shirt received to verify the condition and size.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Ensure the shirt is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will ship out a replacement mystery shirt or issue a store credit within 5 business days.
