Can I request to avoid specific teams or leagues?
Yes! At checkout, there is a 'Teams to Avoid' field. Simply list any clubs or rivals you do not want to receive, and we will ensure they are excluded from your order.
Are the jerseys brand new?
Absolutely. Every Mystery Shirt in a Box contains a brand-new jersey, most often with the original manufacturer tags still attached.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
Due to the 'mystery' nature of our product, we do not offer returns based on team preference. However, we do offer size exchanges if the jersey is returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
How do I know I'm getting the right size?
We use standard international sizing (S-XXL). If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up as some athletic-fit jerseys can run slightly smaller than standard casual wear.
